I got to try The Rookery Co. at an event recently, and it was such a fun addition! It made a pretty simple event feel a lot more elevated without being over the top. The drinks were delicious, and I loved that there were both cocktail and mocktail options tailored for the event. My favorite part was the tap system; there was no waiting in a long bar line, and drinks were served quickly while still feeling elevated. Caryn was also so kind and easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. I'd definitely recommend The Rookery Co. if you're looking for something a little different for your event.
