1. What is The Rookery Co.?

The Rookery Co. is a mobile tap trailer service based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We operate from a beautiful custom-made 4-tap teardrop camper, offering a unique and stylish way to serve drinks at your event. Whether it’s beer, wine, cocktails, or non-alcoholic beverages, we’ve got your celebration covered.

2. Do you provide the alcohol?

No — Texas law prohibits mobile bar services from selling alcohol directly. We operate on a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) model. You supply the drinks, and we take care of the rest — chilling, tapping, and serving. We’re happy to help you create a shopping list or recommend local suppliers.

3. What types of drinks can you serve?

Our 4-tap system can serve:

  • Beer (kegged or canned)

  • Wine (kegged or bottled)

  • Prosecco, Champagne, or Cider

  • Craft cocktails (pre-batched)

  • Mocktails, cold brew coffee, or specialty sodas

Essentially, if it can go in a keg, we can pour it! 

4. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons.

5. Do you only work with large events?

Not at all! We cater to events of all sizes — from intimate backyard gatherings to large-scale weddings, corporate functions, and festivals.

6. How much space do you need for setup?

Our teardrop camper requires a flat space of approximately 12 feet long by 8 feet wide with clearance for towing in and out. We can set up outdoors or indoors (in large event spaces with access points).

7. Do you travel outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area?

Yes — we love a good road trip! Travel fees may apply for events located more than 25 miles from central Plano.

8. Can you customize the bar for my event?

Absolutely! We offer custom signage, décor options, and drink menu designs to match your theme or branding.

9. How do I book The Rookery Co.?
